Hi,

I receive the captcha on my mobile phone, i write it, i can see some output-*txt files in
C:\Program Files (x86)\JDownloader\jd\captcha\methods\jdCaptcha folder

but the download does not start in jdownloader. jdownloader stay waiting captcha and then stop dowloading...

can you help me please ?

Hi,

Delete all output-*.txt files and try again with just one download, when you receive the captcha on your phone, solve it, then wait at least 5 minutes and check if one output-*.txt file has been created and contains the correct content (your captcha).

So i tried that you said.

I cleaned the list.

I dropped output*.txt.

I putted 1 file in the list and the catcha worked, the download stared, so i added the rest of my list, and i will see, it seems to work.

Thanks a lot, i tell you if the next item in my list start with our add-in.

Sometimes when jDownloader asks for multiple downloads at the same time it fails.

Is what you mean I should clarify one item to download and maximum connection?

Was the output-*.txt filled with the correct value? Did jDowndoalder try again?

how we can help you to find the problem ?

I suspect an issue with jDownloader, did you try the test I described above? Can you answer to my last questions? Which version of jDownloader are you using?

Je répond en français car mon anglais n'est vraiment pas top.

C'est une install toute fraîche d'un poste "dédié" a ça. L’installe date de mardi avec la dernière version de jdownloader et du plugin.
Par contre c'est un poste en Linux Mint avec l'open jre. Faut il que je switch vers un jre officiel ?

J'aurais bien aimé supprimer tous les output*.txt mais je n'en trouve aucun.... Ceci explique surement cela.

Si il n'y en a aucun, ce n'est effectivement pas bon signe. Dans le fichier jdCaptcha.conf vous pouvez ajouter une ligne avec ceci :

logfile=jdcaptcha.log

Et vous pouvez tester le plugin en executant le fichier TestMe (et vérifier ensuite qu'il y a bien un fichier output-*.txt ou le fichier jdcaptcha.log qui devrait en dire plus si il y a un problème).

Ah flute j'ai pas precisé mais avec "testme", j'ai bien le output par contre.

Bon je reteste tout ca ce soir.
Suis impatient d'arriver a faire marcher ce plugin. Franchement c'est génial si ça marche

Attention aux droits d'écriture, si vous essayez TestMe avec l'utilisateur toto et que jDownloader fonctionne avec l'utilisateur titi, ça risque de ne pas le faire .

Un autre test qui peut être fait :

* copier le fichier jacinfo.xml: cp jacinfo.xml jacinfo.xml.bkp
* après résolution du captcha, faire un diff : jacinfo.xml jacinfo.xml.bkp
* si les fichiers sont identiques c'est probablement un problème de droits.
