dcreate-general A new window form opens, you should fill the fields. You can navigate through the form using the General, Parameters and Summary tabs (click on the tab title) or through the buttons (button's action changes according the tab selected).
In the General tab you must provide a name (which is relevant to you, it doesn't matter to the application) and select the type of the download controller to control. The name will be used in the different sections of the application, it will also be the name of the tab used to control the client.
