In order to keep the Anonymous community alive and working, the rules have been changed.

New rules:

• Your captcha credit should be at least 1.0 to send a captcha to be solved to the community.
• Your captcha credit is decreased by 1.0 when your captcha is solved by the community.
• Your captcha credit is increased by 1.2 (1.5 for contributors) when you solve a captcha.
